Due to the overwhelming vast number of emails and phone calls we are receiving we may make it difficult if not impossibile to currently reach us. We would like to notify everyone to use caution when placing orders on our website - some items may be not in stock, as our ability to modify and cancel orders is greatly reduced to the sheer volume of orders we are receiving.

Order shipping times for in stock items are estimated 15-20 business days. So whether choosing Air or expedited shipping options will not shorten this lead time.

Backordered item shipping times vary since they are dependent on inventory being received from our manufacturers. When you ask questions such as when will the item you purchased be in stock or when will your backorder ship are questions that we have no control over and certainly won't be able to answer right now.

Some items that has been backordered while we won't be able to estimate the lead times from most manufacturers, it is reasonable to assume that your current backorder levels could take months to fulfill in some cases.

As for products that we receive directly from our manufacturers, you will expect your item to receive within 20-30 business days upon order.
